Files and Design Pricing

We accept AutoCAD, Corell and Adobe Illustrator vector files, in such formats as DWG, DXF, PDF, AI and others. We can convert your image file into required one if you can not provide a mentioned format.

Our Rate is $$75 per Hr for any drafring services.

Laser Cutting Kerf

When laser cuts any material we should account for a fenomena of the laser kerf - in another words the width of the cut. It could be wide or narrow depending on the melting/burning characteristics of the material. Even a thickness of the material could contribute to the larger KERF. In many cases the size of the KERf is negligible and is within the tolerance. We will be glad to provide you an information about expected kerf for your material and adjust the drawings accordingly

Laser Cutting Pricing

Our Rate is $2 per minute for laser cutting. In cases of the large job shop orders the lower rate may be negotiated. Due to the high speed of the laser cutting and absence of tooling charges, laser cutting becomes an inexpensive process for the R&D and product introduction phase.
