Here are some quick points about preparing your files for laser cutting:

• Create files in a vector format like; .ai, .eps, .dxf & .dwg
• Preferred scale is 1:1
• Place different actions on different layers (i.e. cutting versus marking)
• Different colors for different actions help but are not required
• Delete un-needed elements
• ID your material and thickness
• Call out tolerances
• Call out any required offsets (a perfact size part can be delivered if requested)
